Moderate to Heavy (50-100 mm):

Albay, Sorsogon, Metro Manila, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Laguna, Cagayan, Mountain Province, Zambales, Kalinga, Abra and Ilocos Sur

Tomorrow (Nov. 18)

Moderate to Heavy (50-100 mm):

La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales and Ilocos Sur
