City Mayor JOSEMARIE L. DIAZ, DMD, MBA, is publicly announcing, in concurrence with the Sangguniang Panglunsod Members led by Vice-Mayor Kit Bello, Liga ng Mga Barangay, department heads and other stakeholders to RESCHEDULE the 2023 MAMAMNGI FESTIVAL scheduled on May 24-30, to AUGUST 5-11, 2023, in time for the CITYHOOD ANNIVERSARY of our City of Ilagan.

The said rescheduling is primarily due to the incoming SUPER TYPHOON MAWAR (Typhoon Betty once entered the Philippine Arena of Responsibility) which is expected to tomorrow or Friday.

Still, we look forward for this grandest MAMMANGI FESTIVAL 2023!
