Another successful implementation of Search Warrant was conducted at about 4:55 AM of September 21, 2022 in Brgy. Maura, Aparri, Cagayan.
Suspect Jaylord Piano y Acosta, 31 years old, married, high school undergraduate, construction worker, and resident of Brgy. Maura, Aparri, Cagayan was nabbed by joint personnel of PDEA RO II RSET, Aparri PS ,1MFP, 2CPMFC and Regional Maritime Unit 2, Maritime Police Precinct Aparri, Cagayan through the implementation of Search Warrant with a corresponding Seizure Order/s issued by RTC, Aparri, Cagayan.
Seized during the anti-drug operation were:
one (1) unit Infinix android phone, one (1) unit Itel (keypad) cellphone, one (1) piece pink pencil case, three (3) pieces slightly opened small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet with residue, assorted drug paraphernalia, one (1) piece black sling bag, one (1) piece transparent plastic sachet, five (5) pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, three (3) pieces used aluminum foil with residue, six (6) pieces live ammunition for Cal. 45 and five (5) pieces live ammunition for Cal. 9mm.
The search was conducted in the presence of the suspect and duly witnessed by DOJ representative, and barangay official.
Suspect and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Aparri PS for proper disposition.
Suspect will be facing charges for violation of RA 10591 and RA 9165.#
