Former three-term Cagayan Board Member Perla Tumaliuan appointed as Deputy Administrator of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority with the rank of Undersecretary.
She will work under CEZA Administrator and Secretary Katrina Ponce Enrile, daughter of Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile.
