The Schools Division Office-Isabela finished as the overall first runner-up in the 2025 Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT) held in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, earning six tickets to the national competition.
The division bets bagged four in Read-a-Thon, one in Technical Drafting, and the Sineliksik team will advance to the National Festival of Talents (NFOT) in the Ilocos Region.
The Division also garnered the Best in Shout-out and Yell Award.
Tuguegarao City secured the overall championship crown in this year’s RFOT edition, while SDO Nueva Vizcaya came in as the overall second runner-up.#
