Isabela State University (ISU) congratulated Engr. John Philip P. Dela Cruz, a graduate of the ISU Echague Campus, for being the Top 1 (88.80%) in the December 2024 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer Licensure Examination. Engr. Dela Cruz is among the 55 passers from the University, also making ISU the Top 2 Performing School in the country with 50 or more examinees with at least 80% passing rate. Dr. Ricmar Aquino, ISU President, echoed the ISU community’s greetings to Dela Cruz and other passers as they root for the university’s new engineers who “continue to innovate and contribute to the advancement of engineering for our communities and the nation.” #
