The Kalinga Police Provincial Office (PPO) is now conferred with the “Institutionalized” Status for their outstanding implementation of the Performance Governance System (PGS) following the Conferment Ceremony held at the PRO-CAR Log Cabin, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on July 2, 2024.
The event was led by the PRO-CAR Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, and was graced by the President of the University of the Cordilleras, Dr. Nancy M Flores, as the guest of honor and speaker.
During the ceremony, Kalinga PPO was awarded with a plaque of conferment and the Silver Eagle award for successfully passing the requirements for the Institutionalization Evaluation Process (IEP) and garnering an overall rating of 90.06%.
Likewise, eight PRO-CAR cops were given Medalya ng Kasanayan in recognition of their dedicated performance of duties during the IEP of Kalinga PPO, while the Regional Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (RAGPTD) of PRO-CAR and the Provincial Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (PAGPTD) of Kalinga PPO were awarded a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of their outstanding performance and stellar accomplishments resulting in the effective execution of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 leading to the conferment of the PGS Institutionalized Status to Kalinga PPO.
The Silver Eagle award is conferred upon the Kalinga PPO for their outstanding commitment and unwavering support in the effective implementation of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2023 for the attainment of a “Highly Capable, Effective and Credible Police Service.”#
