Camp Marcelo A Adduru, Tuguegarao City – A 56 year old OFW was arrested by Quirino Valley Cops through the implementation of Search Warrant for the violation of RA 10591 at Villa Ventura, Aglipay, Quirino.
Quirino Valley Cops identified the suspect as alias “Joven”, married and a resident of the said place.
Confiscated during the search were One (1) Caliber 8mm Semi-Auto Firing Pistol without serial number, One (1) pc magazine for 8mm and Thirty-one (31) blank ammunition for cal. 8mm.
The arrested person is now under the custody of Aglipay Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
Police Brigadier General Christopher Birung, PRO2 Regional Director lauded the operating troops for the successful implementation of Search Warrant. “We, the Valley Cops will double our efforts to apprehend lawbreakers. It is our responsibility to ensure the community’s safety and to maintain peace and order in Region 2,” PBGEN BIRUNG said.
