Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto accompanied by his father, Vic Sotto, and mother, Connie Reyes on Friday filed his certificate of candidacy for reelection. “Nag-file na po ako kaagad ng COC para tapos na, di naman kailangan ng drama at suspense . Basta, panahon man ng pulitika o hindi, uunahin natin ang trabaho,” he said in a Facebook post.
