CAMP MARCELO A. ADDURU, TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan- The police of Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 2 and Police Station 1 of Santiago City Police Office (SCPO) successfully conducted the drug buy-bust operation in Brgy. Calaocan, Santiago City against illegal drugs.
The suspect alias “Jay-ar”, 45 years old; alias “Savel”, 51 years old; and alias “Pauleen”, 36 years old residents of the said barangay were identified.
At exactly 11:50 in the evening the buy-bust operation was conducted where alias Pauleen, and two of his companions were actually selling suspected shabu to the PNP operative.
5.9 grams of suspected shabu and money used as buy bust money were confiscated from the suspects.
On the other hand, Pauleen, Savel, and Jay-ar are facing charges of violation of RA 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act and are currently in the custody of Police Station 1 of SCPO.#
