The 2nd Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army led by Col. Monib T. Mamao, Group Commander in partnership with the United States Army Reserve headed by Lt. Col. Sarkis Kitsinian, Battalion Commander, 3303rd Mobilization Support Group formally opened the Philippine Army Reservist Mobilization Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) held at Camp Melchor F Dela Cruz (Annex), Soyung, Echague, Isabela on April 9, 2024.

The SMEE is part of the SALAKNIB 2024 exercises, serving as a platform for Subject Matter Experts from 2RCDG, RESCOM, PA and the USAR to exchange insights, strategies, and best practices in various reserve force development and mobilization.

The Group Commander, 2RCDG, RESCOM, PA extends its heartfelt gratitude to counterparts from the United States Army Reserve for engaging in this significant endeavor, exchanging expertise, knowledge, and best practices to better develop and administer the Reserve Force.#
