The Quirino Palarong Panlalawigan 2024 was formally opened at the Quirino Sports and Tourism Complex, Cabarroguis, Quirino on March 13.
The friendship flame was torched and lighted by Palarong Pambansa 2023 gold medalist Idelove B. Lopez, who was joined by other Quirinian past winners.The lighting of the friendship flame symbolizes unity, resilience and strong partnerships between and among competing athletes.
